He Xi,Born in Beijing in 1960. Graduated from the Shanghai Arts & Crafts Vocational College, the Chinese Painting Department of the Zhejiang Academy of Art (now China Academy of Art) ,now painter of the Chinese Painting Institute of Shanghai , of which creative-research room’s director,a member of the China Artists Association, a syndic of Shanghai Artists Association,a committeeman of the Chinese Painting Committee.
